Contact us through the form or via email to arrange your toy exchange. Be sure to include photos and details — we’ll review everything and get back to you to confirm if the toys are eligible. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to book a convenient drop-off or pickup (pickup available in select areas for a $5 fee).

What we accept

We welcome clean, gently-used wooden toys that are in good condition. For now, we prioritize ages 0-3 years old. If you have toys for older kids, reach out to us as we will eventually expand our collection.

  • Fill out our form, choose your exchange programme (cash-back or donate & save) and we’ll arrange pickup / drop-off details. If you’re unsure about the toy, feel free to send us an email.

  • We accept gently-used wooden toys in good condition, free of damage or missing parts. Toys should be clean, fully functional, and safe for children.

  • Your toys are cleaned, inspected, and added to our collection to be shared among children in the LudoLudo community.

  • At this time, we focus on wooden toys to ensure durability and alignment with our sustainability goals. We will however look to extend ou collection to include some non-wooden toys from brands such as Stapelstein or Modu.

  • Yes! Donations of eligible toys can earn you a discount on your annual LudoLudo subscription.

  • Absolutely! You can participate in the buy back programme even if you’re not a subscriber.
